Transitioning to raw foods

Below is a simple grid that was adapted from Ann Wigmore's wonderful book
Recipes For Longer Life. The advice she gives
has been shortened and worked into a simple table layout in hopes that you can get a quick glimpse of what a raw food transition looks like in a nutshell. Going from a cooked food meat diet to a raw food diet should not, in my opinion, be attempted unless you prepare yourself for serious detoxification. Shedding toxins over a period of time is much easier on your body and easier on your life.
