What Do I Eat?

Good question!  Well, eat what you like. It can be that simple, but, we all know how hard that can be if we feel restricted.  The incredible thing about living food is, you can eat loads of it. There are thousands of varieties of veggies and fruit, so many that you could eat a new food every day for 33 years. We have included a ton of great recipes and information on what to eat, the best ways to prepare it, and when to eat it.

Living food is a journey, we should really keep in mind that it is best to focus on our journey and not just the destination. Goals are great, but, if you put too much emphasis on them you can begin to negate them.  For instance, if you keep dreaming for a healthier life, you're subliminaly telling yourself that you don't (read can't) have one. Start out by accepting yourself as a unique person with a set of challenges. What ever they are, you are still a human, and our power as humans is creating balance in our bodies. Science calls it homeostasis.  Really what this means is that we are always striving to reach a healthy biosphere.  And with the proper living food nourishment we will inevitebly achieve just that, supreme health and wellness, freedom from sickness, mental clarity and happiness, clear skin (or raw glow), ideal weight, flexiblity, strength, endurance, and passion for life.
